Standard Billing Rates

Effective January 1, 2010, my standard billing rates are:

 
Commercial Businesses $ 1,200 per day $ 800 per day
Non Profits & NGO's $ 600 per day $ 400 per day

Hourly or fixed fee arrangements are available upon request. On Site engagements may require additional expenses for travel and lodging.

Educational Events

Fixed fees are available for educational workshops. Fixed fees cover all up front course development work and course materials. Additional expenses may be required to cover travel and lodging, depending upon your location in relation to Washington D.C. All expenses are billed at cost.

 
1 Day Workshop $ 1,200 $ 2,000
2 Day Workshop $ 2,000 $ 3,500

I welcome the opportunity to speak at conventions and other events; however I do ask that you reimburse me for my travel costs.

Critical Partnerships

Depending upon the scope of your request, I may partner with specific firms for certain types of engagements:

 

 Short Term Assignments

Assignments of short duration, such as a few weeks, can be billed on an hourly or daily basis. These types of assignments typically include:

Long Term Engagements

Long Term Arrangements are usually required for certain types of projects, such as:

  • Developing performance management practices and reporting systems
  • Strategic cost management - reducing non-value added activities and creating leaner processes
  • Strategic gap analysis and integrating operating plans across the organization
  • Pre-Merger Analysis - Synergy value investigations

Lump sum fixed fee contracts can be arranged for these types of engagements.

Piece Meal Engagements

I also welcome the opportunity to work on pieces of long-term engagements. This usually helps jump start major projects and gets your team moving down the right path. These types of engagements often include:
