Major Changes to Web Pages
March 29, 2012: A whole new section has been added to this web site for online training - Excellence in Financial Management Program. The first module of the program is now online, consisting of five courses: 1) Basics of Accounting, 2) Introduction to Financial Analysis, 3) Fundamentals of Corporate Finance Part 1, 4) Fundamentals of Corporate Finance Part 2, and 5) Risk Management. The entire program is fully described at www.exinfm.com/elearning.
- February 11, 2011: Two new forms added: Initial Consultation Request and Value Based Fee Arrangement. New resource page added for Useful Videos and Ethical Standards page added to explain ethics during engagements.

Content Updates
March 29, 2012:
A new learning service has been added to this web site, located at http://elearning.exinfm.com. This new service uses a formal Learning Management System to deliver an accredited training program, complete with master level certification. Five new spreadsheets added: # 105 - Cash Flow Projection, # 106 - Commission Spreadsheets, # 107 - Dashboard Report, # 108 - Real Estate Investment Analysis, and # 109 - Rental Property Analysis. One new short article has been posted: Why Games Belong in the Workplace. Two new videos have been added to Useful Videos: #17 - Gamestorming and #18 - Importance of Games. A collection of 15 video lessons has also been added to the Training Center as well as a few Dramatic Change Videos. An abbreviated and short excerpt of this web site is now available for mobile devices at http://exinfm.wirenode.mobi.

A few new forms have been added to the site to help people submit information: Initial Consultation Request and Value Based Fee Arrangement. Finally, two new web pages have been added: Useful Videos and Ethical Standards.

Four new articles have been posted: EVA Momentum Ratio, Customer Focused, Motivation as a Value Driver, and Completing a Feasibility Study. Four new files have been added to the White Papers page and four new files have been added to the Training Center home page. The Value Analysis page has been revised to align to two new critical partnerships and a new partners page provides a quick list of all critical partnerships.
