Most of my services are provided on a project by project basis under a Time and Materials arrangement. Smaller, less complicated projects can be provided under fixed fee arrangements.

The process usually starts by establishing a project scope and a set of deliverables. In some cases, I will respond to a Request for Proposal that you submit to me. For the most part, my services are provided as a consultant, advising and directing improvements to your existing processes.

As a general rule of thumb, my services are focused at moving you beyond traditional accounting and more into finance that creates value.
