Most of my services are provided on a project by project basis under a fixed fee for specific deliverables or work products. Smaller, less complicated projects that are fast are provided under an hourly arrangement. Private companies seeking to increase their market values may qualify for a contingency fee - see Value Based Fee Arrangement.

The process usually starts by establishing a project scope and a set of deliverables. In some cases, I will respond to a Request for Proposal that you submit to me. For the most part, my services are provided as a consultant, advising and directing improvements to your existing processes.

As a general rule of thumb, my services are focused at moving you beyond traditional accounting and more into finance that creates value.
