Basic Deliverable
One of the fastest and easiest ways for any organization to improve its financial knowledge is through training. This is a fundamental deliverable behind any consulting practice. And my services are no exception to direct and personal training. In fact, I provide training directly over my web site in the form of short courses - Training Center. Perhaps you need to better understand some of the concepts offered in these short courses or maybe you have some unique issue that needs to be simplified.
One of my goals is to "uncomplicate" the complicated in business finance. This is one reason why my training creates value given a low level investment. Also, my knowledge in business finance is very well developed and personal training gives you an opportunity to tap into this knowledge, ensuring that you can implement best practices in financial management.
Customized Approach
One of the advantages of in-house personal training is customization. By learning your practices first hand, this allows me to tailor a training program specific to your organization, giving you maximum return on your training investment. So one of the steps I take towards training is to learn some of your practices beforehand. This knowledge is then targeted into certain deliverables for maximum impact.
| The ability to "customize" a workshop to a specific organization can help ensure that the knowledge gets applied much faster, thereby raising the Return on Investment for the workshop. |
Regardless if training is customized or generic, my objective is to make a value-added investment for your organization. This is accomplished by giving you a direct opportunity to learn first hand through actual examples and by introducing new concepts into your organization, such as competitive analysis, value-based metrics, performance scorecards, and process improvement.
