Answer: The most likely problem is that you are blocking pop-up boxes and when you use the translation feature, a pop-up box needs to get through. From your toolbar, you need to disable the Pop-Up Blocker so that the translation box can show up in the web browser.

Question: When I use the translation feature, it returns an error and references "157" as the error code. What is causing this?
Answer: This is usually caused by how the servers processed the data during translation. You may want to purchase the translation software and install it on your computer.
